Friends of Porterdale, Inc. is a non-profit corporation chartered by the State of Georgia with 501(c)(3) status and a member of the Covington-Newton County Chamber of Commerce.

One of our goals is to raise funds to help the City of Porterdale, Georgia rebuild our historical "Porter Memorial Gymnasium" that burned in 2005 and also help in the restoration of the town in any way we can.
